Sensorimotor rhythm

Sensorimotor rhythm (SMR) is 12-15 Hz rhythm seen in EEGassociated with inhibition of motor activity. It is thought by some that people with ADHD, epilepsy, and autismmay benefit from an increase in SMR activity via biofeedback.
