Diapedesis
Diapedesis is the movement of leukocytesacross the endotheliallining of blood vesselsto interstitial fluid(IF). The process is driven by chemotacticfactors. Diapedesis usually happens when an area is injured or damaged and an inflammationresponse is needed. The process is proceeded by rolling adhesionand tight bindingof leukocytes.
