Seamm-Jasani

Seamm-Jasani is one of the branches of Boabom, an ancient Tibetanmartial art. It consists of slow and fluid movements, designed to improve coordinationand to build an equilibriumbetween bodyand mindthrough various breathing and movement techniques.

This art has been described in Sanskritas "Alayavijnana", or the Art of Eternal Youth, as its practice increases health, mental vitality, and longevity, as well as helping to combat depression, decrease illness, and a system to help you find inner peace, calm, and relaxation.

Gentle Boabom is characterized by its combination of relaxation with active movementsand breathing forms in a system that has a rapid and positive impact on the general health of the person, and which over longer periods results in an overall revitalization of body and mind.

Schools

The only presently operating Boabom school in the United States is the Boston School of Boabom, which operates under the auspices of the Mmulargan School for the Boabom Arts, an international organization of teachers devoted to the teaching and trespassing of these Arts.


Books

For over thirty years Asanaro has devoted his life to the study and teaching of the Boabom Arts: alternative healing Arts originating in Bod, or pre-Buddhist Tibet. Over this time he has taught, lectured on, and given forums concerning these systems in different locations. Through his practice he has been instrumental in founding many different centers and associations that serve to stimulate interest in, and to advance the understanding of, these Arts.

He still dedicates himself to the propagation of these various teachings that comprise the Mmulargan School, in which he works as a senior teacher. He has written several books:
