Yaanbao

Yaanbao is a branch of Boabom, an ancient Tibetanmartial art. In addition to the same movements, breathing techniques and relaxationmovements from Boabom, Yannbao also implements the use of short and long staffs.
Through this Art the person studies the perfection of movement, solidity, and security in both technique and themselves, developing a new set of skills while using these implements as an extension of their own body. Successively, these elements change, both in shape and in length.
Each implement is studied in stages, and each requires at least two years of study before progressing to a new stage.

The only presently operating Boabom school in the United States is the Boston School of Boabom, which operates under the auspices of the Mmulargan School for the Boabom Arts, an international organization of teachers devoted to the teaching and trespassing of these Arts.
Books
For over thirty years Asanaro has devoted his life to the study and teaching of the Boabom Arts: alternative healing Arts originating in Bod, or pre-Buddhist Tibet. Over this time he has taught, lectured on, and given forums concerning these systems in different locations. Through his practice he has been instrumental in founding many different centers and associations that serve to stimulate interest in, and to advance the understanding of, these Arts.
He still dedicates himself to the propagation of these various teachings that comprise the Mmulargan School, in which he works as a senior teacher. He has written several books:
The Secret Art of Seamm-Jasani
Bamso, the Art of Dreams
The Thousand Ways of Boabom
The legend of the Mmulmmat
