Bromatology
Bromatology is the study of food(or aliments).
Bromatology serves 2 main purposes:
1. to avoid ingestion of food contaminated with toxic elements (arsenic, mercury, lead,...)
2. to control the nutritive value of staple foods (detection of elevated water content of non-nutritive materials)
