Cosopt
Cosopt is a drug for lowering pressure in the eye to normal levels, as well as for the treatment of glaucoma. Cosopt is a combination of two chemicals, one called dorzolamide hydrochloride and another called timolol maleate.
History
Cosopt gained FDAapproval in April 1998.
