Epstein's pearls

Epstein's pearls are small white cystsoften seen in the mouth of newborn infants. They are typically seen on the roof of the mouth (palate) and are filled with fluid. They are completely harmless and do not require treatment. They typically disappear without any treatment over the first few weeks of life.
